Craft A Story - Johnson fold area

During this session, children practise their reading and make a craft around the story they read.These sessions are used to help children improve on their literacy, it encourages creativity through crafts and allows children to learn simple BSL. We encourage children to read and want to provide them with a larger range of reading materials. With the reading reward children are given a book to take home and keep every two weeks. Sewing group for the overs 50s run by Age UK Bolton at Breightmet Library every Tuesday. Beginners and experienced sewers and crafters welcome. Types of sewing included are dressmaking, soft furnishings, making scissor holders and pin cushions etc. Bring your project along.
