Visiting the Library, Museum, Aquarium and Historic Halls from Friday 10th December
How Bolton Library and Museum Services will help to keep staff and visitors safe.

Masks must be worn in all Library and Museum spaces, unless the visitor is exempt (for medical reasons or under the age of 11).

If visitors do not have a mask, they will be provided with one on entry to the building

Everyone will be encouraged to continue with social distancing in Library and Museum spaces.

We will continue to ventilate all our spaces where possible.

Screens will be retained at our service points.

We will provide hand sanitiser stations the entrances to buildings and within the internal spaces.

We will continue to clean frequently used surfaces.

We will continue to make QR Code and paper ‘check in’ facilities available where currently provided

Public computers will be available and there will be no need to book.
