The World Of Colours
Our new exhibition from Monday 17 May to Sunday 5th September in the Temporary Exhibitions gallery
This Summer exhibition is focused on our family audience and links with Early Years Foundation Stage statutory framework. It provides a visually stimulating, informative and interesting experience for all ages and will be a bright engaging exhibition that informs visitors on what colour is, how it is produced, and how it is used by plants and animals, including us humans.
Using a selection of objects from across the collections, visitors will gain a greater understanding of colour and see objects currently not on display. We will showcase a wide selection of objects from Natural History, Art, World Cultures, Archaeology and Social History collections
